This module contains the ethics request forms for our workshop focus group (id: PSY-2324-S-0350). This focus group aims to qualitatively explore and identify barriers to adoption for modular publishing. The ethics request was approved. The supplements to the main request included are copies of the consent form, the information sheet, the data management plan, and the draft invitation email.
