Federating research publishing with ActivityPub

Project proposal for NLNet's Open Social Fund – Promoting W3C ActivityPub and Beyond. It builds on the work from the InfraCoalition proposal I helped write last year, which did not get funded. This proposal focuses on experimenting with ActivityPub integration in research infrastructure, specifically by doing this within ResearchEquals.
